I'm laughing at the timing on this one cuz I just received a letter from the Texas Ethics Commission. Running for MUD Director one candidate accused me of slandering him because I said, "our current MUD president is stubborn as a goat."I think that would be libeled. But you would I have to clarify with the attorney that either slandered or libeled you to know for sure with respect to California law. I'm not sure if things written/said on the internet are considered slander or libel. Again, refer to the above attorney who either slandered or libeled you.
I got the notice of dismissal yesterday. Lol
