Thanks! I have built a few from scratch, but done more parts-builds and repairs.Wow...your work looks great! Do you build whole basses/guitars or just like to repair/modify them?
I love doing rescues!

I always get them mixed up. We are doing the Chilliwack song.I was excited for a moment by set 1 song 13 then realized that it was NOT Fly By Night...
Come up for our July 1 Canada Day car show gig at Langley Speedway! I'll be running my Marshall 2031.I had to look up “Fly at Night”. I had forgotten it existed (never heard it much). I love this list. I’d love to see y’all play!
I wish!Come up for our July 1 Canada Day car show gig at Langley Speedway! I'll be running my Marshall 2031.
Holy crap yes. I played this ridiculous gig once and the amp I had to use was some smallish Orange stack and it sounded AMAZING with the Thunderbird. Never needed to turn on my dirt pedal.Guitar amps for bass, yes, yes!
Haven’t heard Chilliwack for a long time. Gonna look them up!I always get them mixed up. We are doing the Chilliwack song.
A previous version of this band did Tom Sawyer for a while.
They are playing the Burlington Sound of Music festival this year. I will take the time to go see them.Haven’t heard Chilliwack for a long time. Gonna look them up!
If I follow correctly, you intimate that I am an aspiring fool?Pun, n. A form of wit, to which wise men stoop and fools aspire.
I am really glad that no one has guessed morning.
This makes a surprisingly decent guitar amp and cab.Guitar amps for bass, yes, yes!
And your work is fantastic looking. Thanks! I have built a few from scratch, but done more parts-builds and repairs.

I forgot how good the Singer is in Chilliwack Fly at Night. That guy has a great Falsetto voice. The acoustics are sweet too then the lead guitar is the icing on the cake! Bass lines sound fun too.Haven’t heard Chilliwack for a long time. Gonna look them up!
As a devotee of glam, art, prog, and punk, I looked at it more like a swing away from the Eagles, Jackson Brown, etc. Both views are accurate. That's where I was going with that. A bit amusing that he was 25 years too early. But we always go through fashion cycles in all things. The increasing "production" of the hair metal genre lead to the pendulum swinging back to basics as grunge. Just a punk was the pendulum swinging back from glam/art/prog rock.
I am eagerly anticipating the pendulum swinging back from the I V vi IV of Taylor Swift...
I like his songs and agree on his influence (musical). But I dislike him and his singing. I enjoy covers of his songs.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse have announced Early Daze, a new archival album primarily consisting of unreleased songs originally recorded in 1969. The 10-track collection is out June 28th via Reprise Records.
Featuring Crazy Horse’s early lineup of guitarist Danny Whitten, drummer Ralph Molina, bassist Billy Talbot, and keyboardist Jack Nitzsche with Young, Early Daze contains six newly unearthed songs: “Come On Baby Let’s Go Downtown,” “Winterlong,” “Wonderin’,” “Look at All the Things,” “Helpless,” and “Down by the River.”
Way too low. They did, buy now for $5,999…
That’s ok Donnie. Appreciate the sentiment. I get that he’s not for everyone. I’ve said many times that I would be a Rush fan if all the songs were instrumentals.I tried. I got to the singing and it was over for me. But I honestly tried, out of respect for Marshall if nothing else.
