…flew in from Sapporo, Japan yesterday
…didn’t get to sleep last night…
…(my first bass was a MIJ Squier Precision)

Well you have the first verse started...you just need a few more lines and a Chorus!

Nice Bass too!

Saw Alice live at a Welcome To My Nightmare tour in NYC.
Madison Square Garden.
Aynsley Dunbar, Steve Hunter, Dick Wagner, Prakash John.

I’ll just leave it at that.

EDIT: Pentti Glan on drums.

This was exactly Lou Reeds band from Rock-n-Roll Animal, at The Palladium.
Which I also attended.

That had to have been a great show!
Lou Reeds band from Rock-n-Roll Animal...some great players on that Album!
The dueling Bass and Guitar work is top notch! Reed's best back up band.

Wow look at this 2007 Zebra T-Bird...this is not mine dang it!

I saw Alice in '73 for Billion Dollar Babies......What a show!

Glen Buxton
Neal Smith
Dennis Dunaway
Michael Bruce

Was all of $5.00, they drilled his teeth, cut off his head, he burst giant fake money balloons with a bullwhip - No influence on me at all!

Played this for the second half of rehearsal last night, somehow I really hadn't used it with the Trace Elliott/SWR, it was really fun to work through "Tie your Mother down" with it!

We have donuts. Donuts = donuts.

Small round with a hole covered by cinnamon sugar.
Round no hole filled with jam or jam and cream.
Round with glazing (pineapple donut yum!) or with icing - strawberry, chocolate etc.

all just called donuts.
But I know not of baked donuts.

Wow - that must have been a trip! I only have seen his concert vids but I would guess the very early and later shows would be what I would have liked to see/hear/attend. His over-the-top extragaganza shows were part of what I didn't like about '70s 'arena rock'. His '90s and later down-to-earth work w/this band including Gail Anne Dorsey on bass is overlooked and some of my favorite Bowie.

I saw him I think three times in the seventies IIRC. The Diamond Dogs tour where each song was a different set and costume. Amazing. The Station tour as the Thin White Duke. And a show that was mostly Low and Heros. All amazing. All Bowie. I enjoyed all of it. I only saw one show with Gail Anne. It too was incredible.
