I was also reliving my Statics class (not statistics) and can't see how a downward force across all 4 saddles could ever cause the center two to rise or the outer 2 to sink.I agree with the bovine excrement assessment.
They are set with radius to match the radius of the fingerboard
I think the one on my black Casady has a bit of radius on the bottom. I don't think it is affecting the A and D string heights. All this talk of ultimate amps has made me tired... Just kidding...
The three point bridge in my Classic Pro, it's got a radius to it. I know a guy who owns a guitar shop in town and he says they don't start out that way, but get distorted over time due to the tension of the strings. Is there any truth to that?
I'm mulling over whether to spend on a new bridge or not.
^^^ThisReason to replace the bridge is if you want more adjustability then the 3 point is capable of.
Magic. There is al lot about Thunderbirds that is pure magic.I was also reliving my Statics class (not statistics) and can't see how a downward force across all 4 saddles could ever cause the center two to rise or the outer 2 to sink.
A nice lady! Lol, yes. Yes indeed...I had Nancy Sinatra album with "These Boots..." on it. Enjoyed the music and then cover of that and the Herb Alpert album with a nice lady on the wing of a plane.

My fourth grade teacher made me slightly delirious. Mrs Schwartz had calves, and everything else, that made me feel funny, in that most mysterious and disruptive kind of way. Of course it becomes a preoccupation from then on...
Thank you, Mrs Schwartz. I still love you.![]()
Is this the same one?![]()

I liken them to Fender Twins and Bassman 4x10s on guitar. They sound damn flipping good when opened way up. But who the hell needs to open them way up? Honestly, at this point, even if I was doing arenas I wouldn't have one. 2x12 is MORE than enough for anything I do nowadays. And anything I would need more for, has full PA support. And that array with the cardioid sub setup has a hell of a lot more punch and throw than any amp.nothing against them, of the opinion a whole lot of the SVT allure is of nostalgic nature…they became irrelevant when PA systems grew past just amplifying vocals imho…..on paper, they are just another fairly flat (when not using the funny little switches), heavy, 300 Watt tube amplifier…yes, the 810 has its own mojo but so did other enclosures of the period…
To be fair, all original anything with the case from '67 is gonna be hard to get for less than that. I don't know that it's worth that much, but it is what it is.Sweet, but man that price tag is right up there. From my local Craig's List.

I never have full PA support, but even so, my 250 watt Carvin combo with an extension cabinet is nearly always plenty. I have ACC stacks because I have had them a lot time, know how they work, and like them for what they are. The original is my practice amp (!!!!) and the Grexa reissue generally gets hauled out once or twice a year these days. Ten years ago, I hauled one or the other around about twice a month. I probably still would, except there's not much reason to. I may haul out the Grexa reissue later this month, just to give it some exercise, not because I need that kind of horsepower.I liken them to Fender Twins and Bassman 4x10s on guitar. I played through an SVT/810 at a jam on Canada Day. It was a ridiculous amount of overkill, but it sure did sound nice with my Gold Casady! That said, my PF50T through that same cab would have sounded just as good.nothing against them, of the opinion a whole lot of the SVT allure is of nostalgic nature…they became irrelevant when PA systems grew past just amplifying vocals imho…..on paper, they are just another fairly flat (when not using the funny little switches), heavy, 300 Watt tube amplifier…yes, the 810 has its own mojo but so did other enclosures of the period…

I never had that class, but just seems highly unlikely. Seems to defy physics. Downward seems in the realm of possibility given design characteristics and material, but not the other way around. But I may have misunderstood what was said to be happening, but I understood it they way you described. Made that way as V said.I was also reliving my Statics class (not statistics) and can't see how a downward force across all 4 saddles could ever cause the center two to rise or the outer 2 to sink.
