He was an actual part of the group-as were the percussionists.

It's the lighting. entire thing is silver. Part of me wants to paint gloss black on the headstock like the older white ones have.

are there direct replacement (light) tuners instead of the Wilkinson on Epiphone TB vintage pro ?

I don't know if Hipshots are lighter or not. If you don't mind them being different and drilling a hole for the screw, then Ultralights probably would work. Calling Hipshot directly always worked for me. A human actually answers the phone and has a brain and knowledge there. It's amazing, and it wasn't what I was expecting the first time I tried it.

The third bolt hole on Babicz bridges is a stupid design. If it's strung left-handed, one of the saddles blocks the bolt, so you have to screw up your intonation to access it. Granted it's not something you're gonna do often, if ever, but it happened to me. I'm very happy with my Hipshots.

Yeah. But once dialed in and set up, it looks a lot better.

You have just inspired me to try the Babicz... Time for a new bridge!

I prefer them. I love how the cam design for string height works. And they look great. But it may not be a needed upgrade for most players. They are a bit pricey.

I had a heck of a time trying to get a Supertone to work on my Epi Goth. I got different length intonation screws from Hipshot that cured that issue, but I couldn’t get the action low enough, even with shimming the neck. I just gave up and use the three point.
