Good Lord! I googled it. The least expensive 25 is $350 and goes up to ~$1600.

It's from a weekly TV show(B&W)called "The Millionaire". Tipton was a very rich unseen character who would pick random names, give them a million dollars, and watch what they did with it.

I know the TV program - just didn't recognize the name. It was one my family watched on our small B&W TV growing up. I was entertained by the "how money destroys peoples lives" aspect but never had illusions that something like that was 'real' or possible. This was prior to the Mega-Lotteries that followed... they should do a "Reality TV" show covering how winning these Mega-Lotteries destroys peoples lives.It's from a weekly TV show(B&W)called "The Millionaire". Florida... land of drug money. The common sights here are driverless cars and that hideous Musk-mobile.
There have been YT videos on that very subject.
The name of the rich guy is just one of many totally useless bits of info stashed in some dark, dusty corner of what passes for my brain.
Beautiful-and totally impractical. I'd rather have the thing behind it. (I'd also feel more 'at home' driving something that size).
