I think (hope) there was a lot of posturing in the lyrics and style, but they definitely weren't afraid to be hated. But yes, they are touring again. Lee Ving looks like a grandfather now so not sure he can sell the aggression anymore.

I always thought that they were posers in the punk scene more than punkers. To me, it was just an act.

It was an act and mostly funny/well played... however, extreme/violent misogynistic lyrics should never be considered funny.
Obviously the universal sign that the bass needs to be louder. Way louder when held that high.

A few shots from last night, I played my Cataldo 7enderbid and my Studio Bird made it's stage debut.
The Cataldo sounded pretty good, the Gibson was fantastic, that bass just "hit' perfectly last night. I've never been a huge fan of TB Plus pickeps, but with this bass and SIT Power Steels they're simply awesome.

have to say, last night the Gibson was the bomb, the Cataldo is a bit easier to play for me because that cheap Jazz neck is so skinny, sonically tho, the Studio Bird ruled the night.
