Inverness Green non-reverse for sale locally for $1,100, pretty sure it could be had for $1,000. But.....a Non-reverse will never darken my doorway....I wonder how low these will eventually go for, for all you who like 'em?

They are very nice Thunderbirds. I love the Vintage Reissues in them a lot. $1100 is a stellar price, especially if that includes the case.

I didn’t care for the NRs much until I bought and spent time with my ‘13 NR. I love the shape now. Consider giving one a try Thump. You might find you like it.

Sorry, can't do it, I won't/can't play an ugly (to me) bass, own an ugly car, etc., etc. It's bad enough that I have to look at my ugly mug in the mirror. I have many beautiful (again to me) basses to play, including 4 reverses and 2 Fenderbirds.

But appreciate most like/love non reverses.

I don't think NRs are ugly, but very few of them actually attract my eye. I also prefer the ergos of reverses - especially those with slender necks. (Barbie basses!) As for thinking Jennifer Lopez is ugly, there's no accounting for taste.

The first two that caught my eye were Chuck’s with the clear PG, and Mike’s. There have been a couple others. If a Gibson in that bright red showed up at the price of that Inverness, I’d be tempted.
