Busted out the big guns to try the Bicentennial Bird on. Also put the original three point bridge back on - I feel like they have an undeserved bad reputation, they always seem to work just fine for me. Also gave me a chance to condition the fretboard, polish up the body a bit and do a set up - plays like a dream. (That’s all really just a fancy excuse for posting more pictures, but hey, if not here where else?)


P.S. I believe a fair number of Germans were in the thread recently. The poster in the background is of Bonn, Germany from 2000. Jetzt geh ich ein Bitburger saufen. Prost!

It looks fantastic with it's beautiful 3 Point on it, and I bet it sounds great through that proper rig too!

I took two years of German in college. I still don’t know why I did that. But it comes in handy when I watch German movies or TV shows. And hopefully, I can remember enough to blend in when I get over there to visit Jeff.

I never tried fly fishing. It's not really thing around here. Electricity in the water is the way to go. It's quiet and you just pick out what fish you want to take home.


(This is illegal, not to mention unethical and should never be done. Nor have I at any time ever tried that nor would I.)
