Thunderbird Club

He used a pair of Gibson TB+ with the black coating removed and I think he used the Bicentennial pickup shells that a bunch of us bought years ago.
🙀 I wonder where he learned that trick?

If I didn’t have other obligations,
I’d jump on it.
It would be awesome if you could swing it. I would have jumped on it a year ago. I get it. Just not able to do it for the time being. I love the BaCH necks. The necks on mine are right there with the neck of my ‘15.

EDIT: Dave, Donnie, or anyone else, think about it….

Nothing. They didn’t keep racing like the other two, and left the market in about ‘81 - sold out to Mitsubishi.
Sold the local factory etc.
Jeep has been here pretty consistently but Chrysler disappeared for years and years. Came back as a full import with the PT Cruiser and Neon, then the 300C - this one was popular but expensive. They briefly brought Dodge back with a Jeep copy thing and the suv/crossover. They disappeared but the dub thing came back as a Fiat and 4 cylinders where the Dodge was the V6.
Chrysler has stopped being imported again now.

I had hoped that when they came back they might bring the Charger in and race it in Supercars but no.

The return of Chrysler and Dodge brands was a brief flurry.

We have RAM now though, and Fiat.

Here's to warmer days..............

It's shagging cold here in Seattle.

I'll see your "shagging cold" and raise you with "colder than a dead well digger's ass" in South Bend. Or, should that be "lower you"...? 🤔

But, as those who know will tell you, I'm a delicate flower :woot:
