Yeah the Shure set are more heavy duty. The G30 is plastic. My receiver lives on a pedalboard so it's relatively safe.
The transmitter has lived a hard life, being dropped many times.
I think the belt clip was broken when I got it, but Levi's make a nice holder that fits it.
When the battery door latch broke last year, I found a 3D file for a case that holds the door closed.
Then I did a repair with epoxy and got the latch to hold as normal.
With it being 2.4Ghz, I do need to be mindful of RF interference. At one small pub gig, our sound dude put his equipment too close to my pedalboard and his Wireless Access Point interfered with my receiver.

I have a pair of G30 units in addition to the Xvive setup. All three work great. But the G30 battery door is janky. I use neoprene cases for the transmitters. Problem solved.

Latest FedMess expert delivery....
This is him dropping the box on the sidewalk (which is likely 25-30 ft from the porch where it's supposed to be placed. Not the sidewalk where another delivery person carrying boxes might trip over it due to not seeing it.... The box was light and nothing breakable--but he didn't know that. I noticed from the camera vid he was talking to someone the whole time. (Not English or Spanish, maybe Arabic.) Maybe do your job in the daytime and visit with friends later. I notice that half the delivery people, including UPS are talking on their phones when delivering. When in English it's simply killing time with a bud.

If I ever have a bass delivered again I will beg it not be via FedMess.

FedEx Ground uses contract delivery companies. Low bid wins. It is to the point that having their name on the trucks is becoming a liability. So far they they to think it’s still cost effective to let their rep get tarnished.

We’re lucky in that they’re pretty good here. They are actually better than UPS in our area.

This illustrates the waking addiction to phones that it seems the majority of people have. Talking on the phone when driving, walking, working, eating - which distracts attention from all those things. As a now retired independent laborer and one who was fortunate to work by the hour - I respected that concession by focusing 100% on the work I was being paid to do. Yah, I listened to the radio, but I wasn't endlessly talking to someone on the phone. Maybe it's my upbringing and also being cognizant in the late '60s - I subscribe to the "be here now"/zen based "live in the present" mode. "multitasking" being considered a 'plus' to me is a justification for doing half-ass work. Now get off my lawn...

lots of it generational I think, my dad would have never left the house (let alone go to work) without a clean shave....we're boomers and used to our military type parents.....the fact that four generations (first time in modern history) occupy the workspace these days, adds in highlighting these differences imho...
