Not a big fan of burnt orange on cars, but this orange is gorgeous!Funny thing with orange, generally I don’t like them but others I like a lot.
Your AMX I like a lot. Holden’s “Lone O’Ranger” I like a lot. The modern “burnt orange” colours I don’t like at all. But I guess one day I’ll see one I do like.
Restored back in original Lone O’Ranger - so probably better than original paint.

1970s paint colour names!
Holden had a green they called “March 17th”.
and a lilac they called “Barney’s Shirt” (after a designer that wore a shirt that colour they mixed a paint colour to match! It didn’t make production but it’s on a couple of paint test cars that were on sold to the public).
It's a bit of a challenge to play and sing the BG vocals. The form also changes.

We only got 24 AMX’s… some of those will be destroyed by now I’d guess, but some others will have been privately imported so probably still around two dozen.

A HQ series, so 71-74, available in 253, 308 or 350 V8’s (plus 2x 6s).

Unless you're doing a TDN tribute, nobody's gonna know if it isn't note for note. Get the important passages and wing the rest.
