Thanks for that great visual on clipping. I still don't understand it all (cause and implications), but that helps make some sense of it. You should teach this stuff. You have a way of illustrating what you are talking about.

I just got an ad pop up for a Cadillac Lyriq. They are reducing the price temporarily by about AU$25k.
Still AU$95,000 though.
The algorithm hasn’t quite worked out my spending habits yet!
There is no chance of me spending AU$95k ! outside of a Lotto win!
(I do think the price reduction is working and they are selling better now. I even saw one on the road last well. Two other models slated to start arriving soon evidently, Optiq and something else.
Caddy is all electric here. I reckon they should have brought in the Escalade (petrol version) rather than the Yukon but what do I know?)
