I don't worry a lot about finger noise, especially after listening to Geezer and John Paul Jones isolated tracks!
I was worried about that at first but V suggested I just own it, so I have. No one has complained!
Don’t try to drag Portia into this. She will stab you in the thigh. For starters.Porsche and not really white.
IDK if I ever mentioned it b4, but I had a Firebird NR for a while (I don't play 'treble'). Don't recall how many pickups it had. I bought it with the ideas of putting together an all 'Bird band. Didn't work out. Sold it-at least 30 years ago.

What combo?can't stand working on modern gear....most techs I know won't touch the stuff...:

Yup!

I notice it when I'm at home, but don't recall hearing it at rehearsal or live. As Irv pointed out, some isolated playing can sound pretty nasty. But it all disappears in the mix. I've heard a few and my first thought was, "Dude, adjust your string height if you're going to play that hard." But they have albums and I don't, so it works for them.I was worried about that at first but V suggested I just own it, so I have. No one has complained!
Kind of like modern cars. Is it because they are thought to be disposable now and people buy something new? Bad design or parts?can't stand working on modern gear....most techs I know won't touch the stuff...:

Just think if you still had it.IDK if I ever mentioned it b4, but I had a Firebird NR for a while(I don't play 'treble'). Don't recall how many pickups it had. I bought it with the ideas of putting together an all 'Bird band. Didn't work out. Sold it-at least 30 years ago.
