Thunderbird Club

I'm finding something odd with my setup. I set the intonation and such myself. It's currently perfect, but the saddle for the D string is actually a bit in front of the G. I don't remember seeing that before. Anyone else?
If the intonation is spot on I wouldn't worry about it. Probably just minor variation in the strings or something.

Random TBird sighting- upcoming movie- American Satan. Also appears to be a skirt, boots and stockings of some type involved. Is our Queen making her film debut? Perhaps not, those would be GK cabs.

That guy with the microphone growing out of his nose is obviously in a lot of pain. o_O

My dream/signature model Bird would be a Warwick with the Buzzard headstock, but reversed, and their big ol' volute. $$ pickups, HAJI down the neck in LED's, and if course LED side markers. I'd be happy with their traditional evangkol neck but maple with walnut stringers would do. Ebony or pau ferro fingerboard. Red metallized finish with two metallized black stripes like Trujillo's sig model, black chrome hardware...or maybe just black.
Actually it would be kinda cool if the Thunderbird body was contoured on the backside like many of the Spector and Warwick basses are. And that buzzard headstock might be real interesting on a TBird body.

That's why I feel so lucky to have all my cousins and my aging aunt and uncle.
I'd do anything for them and that's worth more then any material thing in this world.

Hey @TBird1958, you have all of us as your kids. :)
Yep, we're all in the back seat of that Subie yellin to each other - "I'm not touching you", "you're not the boss of me", "are we there yet", "I call shotgun!", "mom, he took my seat", "I'm telling". While you're in the front shouting back, "don't make me pull this car over". :woot:
Ain't life a dream!

Queen, me thinks someone is stealin your shtick. Ya want that we should take her out at the knees?;)

I can also call in my cronies if need be.
