Was that K car anything like the Chrysler New Yorkers of the time?
My parents a New Yorker that looks similar. The would talk to you, saying things like "A door is ajar"
Never understood that, I thought a door was a door :roflmao::roflmao:

During the 80s, Chrysler made everything on the K car platform to try to reduce costs. So everything was a K car underneath.

Wasn't the K Car a no-frills government car for the most part?

Because they were cheap and governments buy everything on price, governments had fleets of the damn things.

Coming from a diehard Mopar fan, I know they are all rust buckets. I like to tell myself that it's part of natural weight reduction, making them faster

Iron oxide is heavier than iron, so as they rust, they become heavier consequently becoming slower. But as parts fall off, they become lighter. So, they initially get slower, but once parts start falling off, speed improves from the nadir creating he illusion of going faster.

It wasn't over when the Germans bombed pearl harbor
....
...or when Stretch Armstrong walked on the moon, or when Christopher Columbus Day (musta been related to Dorris Day) invented American Indians, or when Einstein had a theory about his relatives; it ain't over till the fat lady sings, and Rosie O'Donnell is no where near the microphone yet!

Oh that's just poifect!!! That achieves a higher comedic rating than the Bug!
And, it's a Subaru. What could be better? We need to collectively find one and put it in an envelope and mail it to Kat, just for the customs entertainment. Clown show coming out of a car gives way to car coming out of clown show. There would have to be a bass hidden in it somewhere, just to make the effort worth it, though.

What about Seymour Fraud and his theories about his mother
