Thunderbird Club

Oh, yeah. Bike can indeed outrun Crown Vic.

Do NOT forget to rest the clocks and erase the evidence. (That was recorded on a racetrack. I don't admit what I might or might not have done on a public road.)

So... How exactly did you take that picture? ;)

Would our Queen @TBird1958 allow us to photoshop her in the space to the right with her favorite Bird?. That could be crazy. We could also have @Count Bassie off to the left smiling with his new EB 3. That would be just short of awesome or something.
Crap... it's after 5:00. You'll hafta wait until tomorrow to submit your request to the Queen...

This is for @kat888 to look at:

While we look at this! (this is friggin' AWESOME!!! A Rutsy-era RUSH performance at a school auditorium... for school kids!):

Thanks very much for that Larry, it means a lot. We’re just three blokes of varying levels of oldness having a giggle for our own fun. We spent 7/8 years doing the pub covers thing before getting bored of it and deciding to write together, and we haven’t looked back. Really glad that you like it!

You're welcome, Pete! Just calling it like I hear it!

Just a typical early 80's crap American car. The early 80's might be the lowest point for American cars ever

Mid to late 70's were no picnic either.

Utica area here! I actually had another profile way back when, wish I could even remember what the username was.

I remember growing up in the early 70's and watching reruns of Gilligan's Island on Channel 2 out of Utica. It's funny how little snippets of our early lives stick with us even 40 plus years on. I always wondered where Utica was and now I know... about a hundred miles west of the Hudson.

But the 70's gave us the Chrysler Cordoba with its rich Corinthian leather seats

There's a top speed marker in the gauges that records it so you can look at it when you are standing still. that's what I meant about resetting the clocks. Until you either do the reset or disconnect the battery, the fastest you have gone in the mean time will be recorded and can be brought up.

Either that or I'm Bass Cliff and have a spare hand for camera purposes.
