Wonder if a Mono bag would work? It fits my 35" scale Drake with a long headstock. Also fits my Gretsch which has a pretty wide body. Just spitballing

YES! Or a four-pack with other gear in the pouch.

The Thunderbird will fit in the MONO Vertigo (with bottom pad removed), but not the M80. The Gator is way more practical than the Vertigo.

Yeah GG was human garbage, I suppose one could chalk it up to a negative upbringing and overly heavy drug abuse but I call it like I see it. All of the time I spent researching him was purely curiosity and never entertainment. Actually felt sick to my stomach after witnessing his nonsense.

@JJR58 -- are you using the DG pedal with your amp set flat, or are you using a preamp input (bypassing the amp front end), or or or?

For what it’s worth, I run my AO, which is also a pre, right into the amp’s input. I would play with the knobs on the amp-of-the-day to get as nice a sound as possible, then turn on the dirt. Now with our own space, it’s all GK all the time and GKs take these pedals really nicely. I always found the AO and B3K relatively transparent in that the just enhance what I’m already getting from the amp. But then again I don’t crank up the Drive much. It’s more to add some old school dirt.
I'm with Ken, B7KU into the front.
When running my Mesa, I'll use the B7KU primarily as an OD/Distortion pedal, usally for heavier distortion. Or if I'm playing something that has clean and dirty sections I'll have the amp running clean and the B7KU set to a tube-like overdrive, or whatever that song calls for. EQ'd the preamp part of the pedal to thicken the distortion, so it doesn't wildly change the tone. The pedal can get very close to tube overdrive, but you just can't beat real tube overdrive.
When playing a practice amp, I still run it into the front but I'll use the DG for warm tube-like dirt, and take full advantage of the eq on the pedal. I should experiment with running the pedal into the preamp-in.
Still experimenting with the ACC.
In the signal chain, I treat the B7KU like a typical dirt pedals, right after the wah.
My current chain is:
Bass... I mean Thunderbird => Parapedal Wah => B7KU => Boss BF-3 Flanger => Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor (lots of RF interference near my place) => Mesa
(Strategy footswitch has a tuner-out, which is where my tuner sits)

Running into the pre of the GK, Bass is rolled off to 8o'clock, and almost a full low mid cut, treble and high mid boost to about 1o'clock.
