Thunderbird Club

Darkglass Vintage Ultra does a near as damn it impersonation of the Traynor YBA200. It replaced a Sansamp VT Bass DI which never seemed to work for me.

Never been able to make anything sansamp work. Had one in my old studio. Used it on lots of stuff, but never bass

I’d love to find the right fuzz one day. I’ve never kept any dirt boxes around long because most take away low end and punch. The Gasoline has a nice clean blend so it’s staying. Now for the right fuzz...
For $236 Canadian Rubles this pedal was the finest sound to my ears I could find. If the sound of this fellow's voice in the video doesnt sell you than you may be sold on the fuzz. This video actually sounds like the product, witch is rare in a sound clip.

Not bad at all! Normally not an Aggie fan in general, but that was pretty good!

Im going to the dysfunctional sister in laws who lives with her dysfunctional boyfriend so shots are required to get me through this troublesome event, maybe when I get back home I can freshen up with coffee and curl up on my recliner to the yule log burning video and digest a psychological self help book while an incense stick fills the air with aroma therapy. Have a great day Bro!.

Stay away from pop psychology. Playing loud is way more effective \m/

I love this pedal because of the blend option allowing me clean subtle tones all the way over to fuzz tones from hell, all in one pedal. I know there are other pedals that can provide the same but this pedal was meant for me. I love fuzz but first and foremost I love the sound of a bass, this pedal allows me to carry the natural sound of the bass across without getting lost in the fuzz.

I agree...also find yourself a blonde Sicilian/German Phd half your age who pretends to listen to your every word for 50 minutes each week. Works wonders!

Happy Christmas everybirdy!

Started hanging out here before my first ‘Bird adopted me. Learned a lot, still learning a lot. Had some great conversations with a bunch of you here and privately. Each one has been a pleasure. Thanks for the kinship!
There are a few of us here that found the club before we found the 'bird. It's a good thing there are so many pet lovers here. They're more likely to take in strays!:D

2017 Dean EVO shortie, 'second chance' eBay win. Really well made bass. Good frets, fretboard, PEARL dots (take that Epiphone), smooth finish. Upgraded with Gotoh Cosmo black chrome tuners, came with a Fneder gig bag. Plays great. Not bad for $110.

Showed up Friday after being delayed by the ATL airport shutdown last Sunday. Seller was super nice. I didn't ask or expect it but he refunded the shipping cost and wouldn't take it back.

Tone is 'meh' but that's easily fixed. Unlike the earlier version this one has 35 size pickups. I have Duncans, three kinds of EMGs and ThunderBuckers that will fit those routes. Just one in the neck will probably do it.

Yet another unheard of deal by the Carlonator! You just gotta free bass for the cost of shipping... and you got it from that good hearted eBay seller that I've heard about (I always thought it was just a legend:wideyed:)

Do I see 24 frets? ... on a short-scale???

If that was a Stocking Stuff, it makes me wonder what was under the tree!
Nice score!
