What do you guys prefer for strap locks on yer Birds?
I actually don't have strap locks on mine right now. The strap buttons are really big, so I'm not worried.

LOXX. I love them. Only downside is that the pins are useless unless you have their buttons on the strap, like if you forget your strap. But they’re really secure and sit very flush with the bass.
Delicious with a bagel and some cream cheese.

Now I'm intrigued.
But there are a couple different color options I'm interested in and so now I have to decide!
I have a strap for each bass and they are all 'reversed' at the top end as they attach to the neck heel ... and all secured with Loctite.
My T-bird's strap is specifically for it.

Same here. I put Dunlops on the '91, and they are just a bit of a pain. The rest don't have locks. Famous last words, I guess, but I don't see a need.
And a pint of dark 8% alc. beverage to chase it down.droolDelicious with a bagel and some cream cheese.

I don’t always stress much about it, but I have had a couple basses drop at shows. Never catastrophically, but close! The way ‘Birds kinda ‘push away’ it makes me nervous for gigs where I’m fronting the band and paying less attention
Honestly?. Since my strap has seriously tough leather with tightly squeezed openings for the pin I shouldnt have to worry about it being locked but I use a simple insurance measure that can be found on one of my favorite beer brands bottles. See that red seal right beneath the cap?. Magic!. Locks over the pin tight and you enjoy a great beer!.
