In an effort to keep this from hijacking a thread or starting an argument... I'll just say that "Apple World" looks, smells, tastes, feels, and works very differently from "Microsoft World". If you've been working with Windows based machines for years, it can be very difficult to adapt. You pretty much hafta go into an apple with a clean slate. The intel and experience you've acquired over the years of using PCs... means jack friggin' squat if you're trying to acclimate to Apple. That adds up to a lot of frustration, and claims that Apple sucks, and so on. I used to mess around with upgrading, drive speeds, RAID arrays, overclocking, and the likes... as well as debugging and repairs for friends and family. One day, I decided I was sick of of it all, so I sold off my room full of PC crap & got a Mac Mini & decided I was gonna figure it out. The adaptation period was not without its frustrations, but has been totally worth it! I've forgotten more than most will ever know about PCs, and don't miss it a bit! My ex-wife and children still use that same Mac Mini today... and it still works as good as it did the day I brought it home! I also have a MacBook from 2009 that does great for me too. It's obviously not as fast as new machines, and some of the software isn't even updatable anymore... but as far as it's general behavior and usability... they are both as good today as they were then. There's a whoooooole lotta PC's that have found their way to the landfill during the time that I've had my old Macs;)
As for any financial or socio-political issues you have with Apple... I won't speak to those. I have plenty of those with Bill Gates & Co. I just chalk that up to each of us living our own lives, and making the decisions we make because we are who we are. Neither is right, neither is wrong. Equating electronics to basses... it's kinda like me with this StingRay I got for Christmas. No matter how hard I try... it's not a Thunderbird, and I can't make it be a Thunderbird. That sure doesn't mean it's not a good bass... I just gotta learn how to use it.

As for the iPod Touch... I believe it was "rev'd up" between the iPhone 7 & the iPhone 8... so they're not all that far back:)

Very well said, and I wholeheartedly agree on everything...

I too have old MacBooks and a MacMini that still works perfectly, and my newest is a MacBook Pro (mid-2012), which is a killer fast laptop, that is fully upgradable.

I deal more than enough with PC’s at work, and I don’t need that aggravation when I’m off from work as well.

Crown caps are more common but the swingtop bottles can be found.
I don't think I've ever seen either.

Yeah, eventually I've had Macs be too slow for newer software and so forth, but I've never had them die on me. Which I can't say for PCs.

I got a bunch of em I can sell for high mark up value to the non drinking players.
The Original Prog's Advanced Engineering Ring Locks:thumbsup: Aww Damn I can see it now!. The money I make of these is gonna be big time bitchin'. Im gonna be wasted on my yacht in the middle of the ocean with a fishing rod in one hand and a shotgun in the other with a galley full of beer and left handed cig's. My wife sipping wine in her finest swimsuit edition bikini on a recliner, my son playing Call Of Duty online in his private room and my weiner dog barking on the edge of the front bow. That is the shytt!.
Hate to do this to you, but I think Fender beat you to it...
