Thunderbird Club

I was playing and missed it, but I bet it was a fun game to watch!
There are two highlights to watch. I skipped watching the whole game, but prescreened the highlights, just for you. So, the two to see:

Tom Brady drops a pass that was put right in his hands when New England did a trick play.

Nick Foles, who also threw a touchdown pass, catches a touchdown pass on a Philadelphia trick play.

If you really want more, there's Tom Brady getting dumped on his butt, fumbling, and giving up the ball to the Eagles. That's not really necessary if you watch the other two.

All good stuff if you happen to not care for him as much as I do

It’s just like being there! Thanks :)

The only thing better is if he had been broken into 40 smarmy little pieces. His sneering, self-centered jaw really needs to get punched. And, that's just the start of what I think about that guy. I kinda hope some rookie removes what's left of his soul next preseason.

Every now and then all the stars and planets align and some smarmy punk gets what's coming to him. Sunday night was Brady's turn in the pit. Hopefully he (and his head coach) learned some lessons in humility, but I rather doubt it. Judging from the after game interviews the lesson was lost on those two.

Disclaimer: never been a Pats fan. Always liked the Raiders, they can't win a game but never lose the fight afterwards. ;)

Only just tuned in here again. What’s everyone thinking of the new Gibson 2018 Thunderbird? I love that cherry red finish. Anyone got one?
Nice color , waste of money . Buy a Epiphone Vintage Pro.

Sigh, even here. Football I can't get away from it. I'll just leave this here. Yes that's much better.

I’m not sure I’d go as far as to say the new Gibson is a ‘waste of money.’ The Epi VP is certainly a very nice bass for a lot less money, but they’re pretty different basses, IMO

Oh, but that was so satisfying.

Also fun to watch, Gisele sitting watching the game like royalty or something, while Julie Ertz is hanging in a crowd partying. Julie Ertz, Zach Ertz's wife, is also a literal world champion. She's on the US National Women's Soccer Team.

It is a great color and I know one of us has one...just can’t remember who :/

I think two! One left- and one right-handed. Both seem to love them.

I like the color a lot, too! I doubt I’ll be getting one as I have two Gibson’s that I’m very pleased with. If I were to get a 4th ‘Bird, it would likely be another Cataldo

I apologize for being so harsh but I am beyond feed up with Gibson. After my last "conversation" with one of thier reps. I will never buy a new Gibson. Sure I'll buy vintage stuff and maybe the odd new Epi. The Gibson brand will never see another dime of my money.

Once Gibson survives the Henry J. era, we will all be better off. I assume the company will survive his reign. Most of us will, too, especially Vince.
