Cats need to be properly socialised. A 6 week old kitten is too young to leave home. Ours have never scratched my SVT212AV or any other kit. They do eat bamboo. Bamboo grows back.

Dogs eat their own sh!t -- it must be tasty.

I let my first 'Bird go. Missing it is what led to the eventual flock. You have a jump on that. Mine was a bolt-on, but that's just a detail.

I'm not going to be sentimental about this Will. If I keep it it won't get played at all. It's making room for either an eventual Gibson or FSO (quite like the look of Gamma Ps).

Considering that you have to compete with shoes and trucker jackets for space, I don't see a whole lot of reason for you to keep it. Besides, you have a good head start on a proper flock that will get played. The only one I'll always keep is the EB-2 and that's because I have had it for about 35 years now, and it's a body part. I like the rest of 'em a lot, but they are expendable up to a point.

For whatever it's worth, I don't have any urge to have any bass guitars beyond the absurd number I already have. One or two might get modified if I want anything different. I'm pretty sure the 1991 will get Thunderbuckers one of these days.
