Except I've found that sometimes replies you have queued up suddenly disappear. It's pretty maddening.
And then he'd have to do it ALL again.

No, but we will ask ... what's your favorite color (on a TBird). If you're going to ask me the air-speed of an unladen swallow, I hope you specify if it's an African or European swallow.
I just usually resign myself to saying it wasn't worth it anyway and move on.And tnen he'd have to do it ALL again.
Thinking... and expecting the same. I'll be disappointed if he doesn't.Do you think @hillerup is going to drop the biggest multiquote post in the history of TalkBass?
I've given up on trying to read thirty pages to catch up, so please excuse my stupid question, but which La Bella's did you put on the bird?Got home all excited to see if my lust with the La Bellas was still intact. It is. I'm guessing if I put a set of the RS66 on right after I won't notice a big difference, which is nice. I'm guessing the La Bellas have a slightly deeper and fuller tone to them, with all the rawness and tension I crave from the Rotos. But I hear the La Bellas keep their tone for a very long time. And they're local. We'll see when I play them in a band mix. All could change.

Stainless Steel, previously known as Hard Rockin' Steel (M45).I've given up on trying to read thirty pages to catch up, so please excuse my stupid question, but which La Bella's did you put on the bird?
And Pizza. What is it with ‘buy a slice’?
American thing?
We buy whole pizzas!
raise your bar
Ehem!
You see... that is really what I want
Yeah, we don’t say pizza pie either just pizza. Differences make the world I guess.
He's 20 pages out.

Great pic! I had no idea Charlie Sheen played guitar.![]()
Some people say, when referring to a pizza place that has good pizza, "They've got good pie." I find that hilarious. I would never say that. It’s definitely a NYC thing. Even upstate in NY where I lived you bought the whole pizza and no one I knew called it a pizza pie or pie for short.
Hang in there @hillerup.
Is he o.k.? Did I miss a post?
No sir Mr. S. He's catching up here. He truly is dedicated. My hero.
40 or so pages to go and we just keep moving the goal posts.![]()
Nope, they're cow pies here in cattle country. I think cow pats are something lonely cowboys did with willing bovine during those long boring cattle drives in the 1800's. That was back when men were men and cows (sheep where you live) were nervous. Thanks @GBassNorth, I was thinking it had been a while since I'd had a pie, but now I'll wait a bit longer.
We call them cow pats by the way.

There is a point where we have to let (it) go and get on with the task at hand

Trying so hard not to post some sophomoric comment here! Keepin it clean. Some people say, when referring to a pizza place that has good pizza, "They've got good pie." I find that hilarious. I would never say that.
