Off with their heads!!!!! :D

Happy to be part of the commonwealth, Queen as head of it but her as the Queen of England and not have her dick of a son as the Prince of my country. And the really sad thing is it is most unlikely to ever change :(
Yeah I'd say...the Isles are in need of some gene pool regeneration...

Our other dog is a pug. We love her, but breeders shouldn’t be allowed to create animals so ill suited for breathing - just to look a certain way.

Obviously not a problem confined to dog breeders, with the 'extreme' Siamese and flat faced 'Persians'.

There are very few Korat breeders and they seemd devoted to preservation rather than customisation, multiple colours etc, and work very hard at maintaining a diverse gene pool.

It's illegal to import breeding animals direct from Thailand -- our cats' parents were imported from Scandinavia. Their grandparents were Thai.

According to my wife - cucumber sandwiches are where it's at. Never heard of a tomato sandwich, but I'll give it a try.

Err, you're pulling my leg, surely?

With all the things Americans will fit between two slices of bread, it has never occurred to slice some tomatoes, season with the merest hint of salt and a couple of grinds of black pepper?

If you wanna get fancy there's cheese and tomato, ham and tomato, cheese ham and tomato....

Not sure I believe you on the addition of ham.

Nope, never ever heard of tomato sandwiches. Most people in these parts just slice them in half, sprinkle a bit of salt and eat, sans the bread.

Two slices of nice wholemeal or white bread, a slice or two of leg ham, a thinly sliced tomato with black pepper, a slice of cheddar -- not that orange processed sh!t -- and you're done.

A perfect lunch for a Spring day.

That does sound yum. And agreed on the cheese replicant. That stuff is just awful!
