What pickups do you have in the Tbird on the left? One thing I’ve learned is. Don’t leave them home alone. I came back from Jersey and found the three of them knoodling on the bed again. I don’t get as much action as they do. Ufff, and the Ric is spooning with the white one, So dirty.

They call it Steak-Tips in New EnglandIt's pretty much a Southern California thing (like briskette is a Texas thing and hoagies are a Jersey thing).
This explains it pretty well....
Tri-tip - Wikipedia
You'll probably never see this cut of meat at a butcher shop outside California but if you want to try it let your butcher read the wiki description and he can probably cut you one. It's actually quite good but it's critically important to cut it in roughly 1/2" thick slices ACROSS the grain when serving.
Sounds personal..It's also an object of torment for me.
They are spreading. I've seen 'em on a couple of menus here and at WDWThey call it Steak-Tips in New England
We can only hope
Sorry Kat
Silly, silly people. Not to forget CA was a Union State. I was talking to some dude from Northern Arkansas, almost on the MO state line the other day and when I jokingly said "You are almost a Yankee" he looked at me like I insulted his family..I got called a Yankee frequently when I lived in Kentucky. Then I pointed out that I was from further south, being very southern southern california, than the kentuckians trying to insult me were. They often looked confused.
yes, in mostly all Confederate States. Is "yankee" considered an insult? (in Kentucky)

And it's very centralFlorida is also a favoured residential state for many who spend a lot of time traveling. If memory serves, it related to 'homestead' laws and lack of personal income tax.
