AFAIK, it's stock. It came to me with it in it, looked original.
The leather strap didn't attach to the bass. It was screwed into the rib a little below the depression in the neck cradle, went over the neck to the other side-past the depression-and had an opening in the strap that went over a screw on the rib. It didn't press on the neck, just kept it from moving. The accessory compartment wouldn't let it go very far anyway. I've only seen one case like mine online and they wanted WAY too much for it. My bass is 51"+ in length and there aren't any other commercial cases long enough for it,at least not that I've found.
Sometimes I buy and resell, sometimes I get a finder's fee or commission. Depends on the deal..
The bass is so SMALL, feels like one of them ukuleles (specially the 59 strung with nylons) we were posting/discussing. Mammoth bottom however (SVT and the EV 18 in that Crate bottom).
