Thunderbird Club

Hmmm. Now you got my mind working, now that its starting to come out of alcohol and late night induced inactivity. Wonder what a semi transparent black would do?

On top of the red?? Hard to say, could look muddy or could be really cool. There was a trans black stain on Gibson Birds a few years back that always looked kind of purple to my eyes.

Actually it would be terrible, send it to me :roflmao:

Just apply it in very thin even coats, maybe even whip quickly around the edges and give it a burst effect. Just don't damage the red and it's all reversible

I just love her, she's the epitome of hot, sassy, dangerous, fun and what you want... everything a Thunderbird should be.
I've been having a quiet chuckle to myself, one of those weird word association chain reaction things. Thunderbird - Ms Paige had wind? - Well explains the pose - The Priscilla Queen of the desert ping pong ball scene

There's no hope for me, bring on the ahems LOL

Palm gently comes to rest on bowed-down face.

*sigh*

The thing that gets me about playing in a band, it always has, is that a group of people can get together and make a sound that is actually enjoyable, even good (occasionally)
Plus, there's other people to hide behind when you crank out an atrocious clam! My son was up from LA this weekend, which is another reason I had so much fun playing. He sat in with us, and it was pretty obvious who the real musician was.

My kids would say I’m old, but I remember a time when newsreaders pronounced words correctly. Some of the radio news I hear on my commute don’t even get Sydney suburb or street names right. Poor.

Eg Forest Rd as ‘For - est’ ???
Cattai, which had always been Cat eye Now cah tie ... really?

Someone should at least help them when they get it so wrong

<edit>

Had to include this one too:roflmao:

I think it's also a bit rude not to make the effort to get it right
Yes but it works both ways. It can't be that hard to pronounce right which tells me that either they have a bad ear or unnecessary arrogance/laziness. Lots to know about a person right off the bat! In all fairness though non phonetic mother tongue speakers have it harder than ones that grew up speaking phonetic mother languages. Another fascinating subject....
