Much better!

I can now sleep at night knowing that you aren't slowly working on accidentally flooding your electric alternator with a 20 gallon supply of gasoline. Hate to see all those years of hard work and the quality time with dad go up in smoke.

Now get that ride of yours all wound up and on a long straight stretch of open highway, roll you're windows down so you can hear every bit of sound from that engine and then crank up this tune as loud as you can take it...

My favorite song and bassline to play in a live setting!

Sounds like a decent plan… except one flaw... maybe two... first, along with the vast majority of my vehicles, it does not have a working radio. In fact it doesn’t even have a radio :roflmao:
This is where it should be

Second, I woulda went with Deep Purple

And weather has been spotty at best :crying::crying:

Kashmir? I’m a little late to the party. I was in an outfit for awhile and we worked that tune relentlessly, most often without the vocals. It never really taxed me. I’m sure it’s a wrinkle in the time/space continuum and not a reflection of some kind of talent on my part.

Our (female) lead singer did a great job on it - wasn't even sure she'd be interested but when she'd hit that high note it always sent shivers up my back! As you pointed out, it's not really that difficult to play - the hard part is getting it to swing as a band.

Yeah. Great vocals, but nothing even approaching the Plant stage energy.
I saw them in their heyday (well, an encore, thanks to the stupid Omni[1]). She moved around some, but not as much as I had expected, given the energy of the songs (Black Dog and maybe Barracuda? I can't recall if I hear the latter inside the venue or out.)
[1] Biggest indoor arena in Atlanta. I got there 20-30 minutes late, and every outside door was locked, every ticket booth closed. Finally got a security guard to open a door. "No, not sold out, but no more ticket sales, and I'm not letting you in without a ticket. Sorry." So I sat down near the door where the music had seemed loudest and listened. Occasionally someone would leave early; I managed to get a rock in place to keep the door cracked (cops were just inside).
Most people left before the encore, but that's when I managed to get in. Missed most of the show, but nearly front row for the encore.
Black Dog's another one with "out there" timing..
