Well just thank your lucky stars that wasn't a poll in the GP or there would be carrots involved too

Not my vegetable of choice, this may be the wrong forum for that kind of thing. :roflmao:

Being old school-or just old-I don't care about a lot of moving around on stage. Possibly partially due to the facts of (A) never having room, and (B), needing to be in front(back?)of the mic. For me, it's just "sing the damn song"

Plenty of moving around in the 50s and 60s! As for old, that's a state of mind. Only you can decide that. When I can't hold up a bike (of any sort), I'll start thinking about wondering whether there's a possibiolity I'm getting old. Maybe. But at 62, that's a long ways off. 8^)

Now get that ride of yours all wound up and on a long straight stretch of open highway, roll you're windows down so you can hear every bit of sound from that engine and then crank up this tune as loud as you can take it...

My favorite song and bassline to play in a live setting!

Ever since it came out, one of my favorite driving songs.

I have a sorta (dis)advantage compared to a lot of you. For many years, all I had was a TBird, so Everything got played on it. From big band to kick-@$$ R&R. All onna 'Bird.

For years I had one guitar. Then one percussion instrument. Then one bass. Now I have two basses, but one is a IV and one is a V, so I don't feel too cheaty. 8^)

Most of the time most of me doesn't feel 73. My knees, however, are ahead of me age wise:(.

Yup. I have 5 basses. I can only play one at a time. I take 2 to gigs, one as a backup. Why 5 basses? Easy. I have 5 amps.:smug:

Tour update! Driving along side the Hood river with Washington State on one side and Oregon on the other. Absolutely breathtaking. Tried to take some pictures from the van, but none of em looked like what I was seeing :)

I get that. I recently did a phone dump and started culling. So many photos in Scotland and Alaska were just "meh", while the experience was breath-taking. Enjoy it!

Silly question for ya @dukeorock. Are you heading east or west?

Been gradually heading west for over a month :)
After the Portland gig tonight (and some early morning tv thing tomorrow) we start heading south into California, then start working our way back east. I think we get home a week from tomorrow
