I do recall losing signal when the screws on my stock Gibson pups would come loose and the pup would get too close to the strings....

Well....at the time,TRUE! 2 guys lived there.
We sold our house to a nice couple back in April,and had this same aubergine deep purple color on 2 walls of the kitchen as well. The wife LOVED it.

Being a genuine GOF, I find it highly amusing that, for years, bass amp manufacturers were trying to get a Clean & Loud sound and now almost everyone wants to fu##* it up!
