Ok, well, I just ran out of excuses to NOT do it myself. I just traced out the cover and will attempt to rough cut the aluminum with shears tomorrow. And, I just ordered a water slide Gibson headstock decal in black to go on it. Will post pics of progress.

Then when you get REALLY bored...

.010 AL 'template' for the black layer (plastics are self adhesive acoustic guitar pick guard material). Then .060 bass string curved round edge of black to mark a border with .03mm pencil, then white layer trimmed to size. All cuts made with surgical scissors.
