It's a Thunderbird thing. You can't just have one!
Is there at reason why a 2013 ebony gibson thunderbird should sell new for $899 with case and candy? Why so cheap? Hope I didn't get ripped off - just pulled the trigger on it ... Hoping it was just a great deal.
Ey, do you have a number for this new member??

I bought a Thunderbird Pro IV from GC a few months ago and a Goth yesterday that I'll modify slightly. My next one will be an Arctic White...they look too cool!Guitar Center delivered this Arctic White Classic in 4 days from the day I purchased it. Only problem, the case did not show up with it.....oh well, I give em a kudos still. The bass was not close to being usable out of the box, but it was flawless and sounded clean. I took it home, slammed the bridge, 4 cranks on the truss (slowly over 2 days) and it is playing quite nice! Dead silent when it is supposed to be, rich Gibson T-Bird sound all other times. Its a keeper. I would be giging tonight with it if I had the case..... Oh and I finally got the bird back to match the tattoo.View attachment 426373
Here's my Epiphone Classic IV Pro. Recently changed the strings to Fender Stainless Steel Flatwounds.

Yep. Alpine White. No idea what the difference is...maybe one is copyrighted??I believe the color name of the white Epiphone Classic Pro-IV is called Alpine White and not Arctic White...

As for the Alpine white...it needs a black PG...at least, that's what mine will be getting when it arrives this week.

I put some on my Thunderbird Pro IV (Guild flats that were sitting in the store for years...someone said they're D'Addarios) and they feel great andNice... How does it sound with flats instead of round wounds?
