Bummer Dude....from the pics your place looked cool..

do you HAVE to stay in the city? maybe across the river?

Do you mean Jersey?. That's not really an option because i'd have to pay taxes in both Jersey and NY.
And the extra cost for the Jersey commute into NY.
I'll figure it all out. I can be pretty resourceful when put to the test.

I'm out of the gear buying game for a while now. Found out i gotta find a new apartment to move into.
Guess there could be worse things...............

But, the bright side is. Nice to hear about all the solid relationships here.

Move to Philly. Livable, affordable (for the time being) close enough to everything on the East Coast, a gazillion clubs large and small, a gazillion bands (many of which need bass players....) and the sports teams are finally competitive....for the time being!

Well, my first thought on all this was to try and leave NY altogether.
Not sure it's really feasible for me to pull off. But i do like Philly.
I'd much rather go to Headquarters though, (Seattle). :)

Big time. No trips out west for me. Life...............

Hey gang, didn't mean to throw my personal crap out at you all.
Just wanted to vent.
I will now stick to my regular programming. :)

Make the move to the Best Coast Jeff!
