I thought it was flashing neon lights and sirens going of ironically hilarious ... maybe not as obviously funny as I thought,
Whippersnapper wants to play his granny's music and complains about 'oldies' .... no?
Try the fish.

Have you looked at NYC Craigslist? This is pretty much all you see.
Having set up a rehearsal/audition for a day she could attend (today), the first potential singer pulled out with less than a day's notice. Two to come on Saturday and they have confirmed they will be there. The joys of being bandleader/music director.
Wow, you're fortunate she even let you know.Having set up a rehearsal/audition for a day she could attend (today), the first potential singer pulled out with less than a day's notice. Two to come on Saturday and they have confirmed they will be there. The joys of being bandleader/music director.
You're not, at least so far!I swear I feel like the only one who's perfectly happy with the stock TB+ in my 2013.
I like the 5th comment from "Doublestop"..Yeah, it's very common.

Those Marshall's are Lenny's I think...hard to tell what those big fridges to left behind Jonesy are..Now what's JPJ playing through? Is it those double stack of Marshall's behind him?
Or something else? can't really tell.

Yup. I'm possibly dealing with this right this second. I love playing music so much, but most people who play are complete flakes and terrible people. At least I take comfort in knowing that with that attitude they'll likely get nowhere with it.We have zero tolerance for being messed about. Fvck [insert name here]. Next!
The only bass I ever smashed was a Jazz so there's that.Does it make it hard that it's not metric sizing?
Yeah, but a really angry jazz bass.

Reminds me of a discussion I had with a friend. You hear bands and sometimes think, "My band is better than that," or, "I'm a better bassist than that guy," etc. but you know what? That crappy band (subjective, of course) showed up and put in the time. Who's laughing now?

Sounds like me. Then when you find a band like this, you're just waiting for it to explode. It can't really be that good.Yeah, drummer was saying she's had so many traumatic band experiences ... until Crimson Sparkle. No egos, no drama, no bollox.
Did you at least do it on stage? The only bass I ever smashed was a Jazz so there's that.

KISS??I guess i can understand it to a point. The oldies may be very qualified at it, but may not look the part?
