Holy mother of birds. That looks amazing. But......
For a repaired headstock that seems pretty high. Scarcity works in the seller's favor but I would have to be completely enamored with it and flush with extra cash to pay that much for it.

So! Got the Comfort Strapp X-Long and it works great for my shorty bird hang/placement. Still want to do something with the neck heel strap button but it's NBD.

Question: Anybody make black tapewound strings for short scale?

Cheers!
Yes, D'Addario-and others. BUT, measure carefully. I got a set of D'A. SS Tapes for my Ibby and the silks on E and G overhung the nut. Hadda go with medium scale-they work fine.

Well, it was a hard paddle today. Wind at 28km/h that is about 17mph. The gusts were brutal - kept paddling, but not moving forward. Waves were not as bad as they could have been. Buoy measures have them at 2ft with a period of 4s. Which isn't as bad as it seems; that is 2ft peak to peak, so really about 8.5" rms ;).

So sine waves...

I have no idea what that should go for, but if I had that kind of spare cash, that bird would be tempting- even though it’s that weird reverse shape. 8^P
I’d probably offer less but dang.

latest rave round these here parts....not bad..

It is a NR. If you were flush with cash, I would not be competing with you for it. If it was a reverse and we were both flush. Then maybe.

Do you mean SoCal? Or is South Carolina having quakes, too?
So Cal. My son is in LA and does not seem to have noticed much. There may be a reason. I expect to meet her fairly soon. Plus he has been busy playing and is used to seismic activity in the venues while he plays. I sure hope stage volume is more reasonable than audience volume or that he has ear plugs.
