Cheers to Sis. And to you man.I must credit my older sister, who was a total smartass. She said that to me about 20 years ago and ended up wearing the apple juice I drinking at the time.
R.I.P. Sis.
well said, thanks..Cheers to Sis. And to you man.

Do you mean SoCal? Or is South Carolina having quakes, too?

*bdmp*Did you hear about the tourist who went for a swim and went in Seine?
Shout out @Kriegs ... thanks man! Like she was made for it.
Nice meeting you and your decidedly stunning wife this afternoon, it's always good to be able to put a face and a good word to the people you meet here.
Thanks one more time again, Mike. She's safe and sound...
A pay-it-forward opportunity will come along, I'm sure.
Did I get the footwear content correct?

Too early for this[stuff]For now, I am on flip flops (thongs as the Aussies would call them).
I could never deal with the part that goes between the toes with flip flopsI did the water slippers, but they ended up stinking after a couple of months. For now, I am on flip flops (thongs as the Aussies would call them). I'm not entirely happy with that solution. I will do something else soon enough.
My wife is much smaller than me so she sits up front and paddles when she can/ wants to and I sit in the back and do most of the work. I like that arrangement because we get to float & explore together and I prefer a kayak to a canoeDoubles are great if you are with someone of similar abilities and strength.
This is my solo kayak. I went with a sit in for, likely for the opposite reasons that you went with a sit-on-top, lolI paddle alone, so one seat is better for me. I also went with a sit on top for a variety of reasons.
I tend to float, most often, in the Taunton, Lees and Cole rivers in Massachusetts. However there are also lots of lakes, reservoirs, small ponds, rivers, streams & tributaries and that I love to explore on my own. I like to find new spots where I can view the coastal wildlife without people & crowds. Just enjoying nature without bothering it. I also do a lot of coastal saltwater floating but haven't gone as far as investing in a seas kayak.. yetI paddle around the west end of Lake Ontario - primarily in Burlington Bay. There is plenty to see with the botanical gardens, protected habitats, residential, and industrial sites along the waterfront. And plenty of distance for me. I have not yet done a complete circuit of the bay; that would be 20km+. Where do you paddle?
There is a death metal band in Jakarta called 'Devoured' and another metal band in Texas 'Devoured TX'. So we are DEVØURED. No one is ever going to confuse us. We're the ones singing about glitter and unicorns.

I recently downloaded a freeware IOS based synth which is pretty cool. This morning I laid down a couple of tracks and blew up Garageband. I'll go back to it later and reduce the levels on parts of the 'melody' track - you have been warned.
One of these days (drum gods permitting) we'll have some actual rock'n'roll (with Thunderbird action) posted up there.
I could never deal with the part that goes between the toes with flip flopsIt hurts like hell.
