No stock pickups on any of them, I "think" the S/B Reverse and the Pelham Blue NR are Gibson, the rest are perhaps ESP. The Pink one with the reversed headstock is pretty cool!

I'll keep it on a tight leash. It might just get the idea that it can run off on its own and turn up at your desk. It has that mischievous look to it. The good thing is that if it runs off, at least I'll know where to look for it.

UPS has it. All it has to do is cross the country and the get chromed back out. You can sure see the wear in the underlying bass through the new paint. That's fine with me. It's not brand new, just refinished. I'm very happy the serial number is still completely visible.

The '01's paint is getting dull in places, and the back is wearing where pocket rivets dig in. The damage isn't intentional, just proof it's well loved. This one will be like that soon enough.

I will have to learn to dress better. It will leave me for Veronica if I'm not careful.

Yes, I did. The hardware is on a table behind my computer desk in the basement.

Belt buckles aren't the problem. It's rivets in jeans, and even the belt loops. Thunderbird bodies end up low and to the right when I play them, meaning the watch pocket rivets make dents right through an untucked shirt. So it goes. I don't needlessly damage things, but I don't coddle them, either.

No damage to the rear of this 59 y.o. The bass, however, seems to get dented by the rivet whether my shirt is tucked in or not. Worse when I'm being all uptight and neat, of course, but a t-shirt doesn't seem to prevent wormholes in the back of the mahogany body.

My trousers or the 'Bird? The wormholes generally end up in the upper wing, just below the belly cut. Monkey arms have their uses.
