Thunderbird Club

While not a drop in only very minor work is required to fit Thunderbird pups into an Epi bolt on body, the pup bezels will more than cover what needs to be removed.
I don't own this one anymore, I think another to replace it is in order.

definitely wouldn’t hurt....make sure it’s not in OD mode, it breaks up just fine without the extra gain (meant for guitar) and although rated at 100 they are good for more like 125 Watt. they are basically very high quality hand built Fender Bassman 100s with EL-34 (Marshall type) output stage so it may remind you of a Hiwatt 100 if you are familiar with those. not a bad amp selection to explore tube sound for bass. it should sound great through your cab. then again, keep in mind you won’t have the headroom or “tightness “ of your GK...
