Thunderbird Club

We did that one with our 4 piece group(double keyboard Yamaha, trumpeter-doubling string ensemble keyboard, drums, and me on vocal and THUNDERBIRD). Remarkably full sound. For 4 guys, we really sounded like a quartet. Somewhere around here I might still have a cassette of us doing it(live). The gig was at a Ramada Inn restaurant/lounge[6 nights a week for 5 1/2 years]. Gigs like that don't exist anymore, 'least not around here.:(

I hope so! ;)

The Les Paul and I are off to visit Mike Lull's shop, he may have some Thunderbirds hanging in the shop - pics if there are. The Q80 is due today!
Spending like a drunken sailor! Enjoy the new toys!

That was our "we're a buncha smart alecks" expression. Actually, with our various doubles-I useta play sax/flute-3 and 4 part harmonies, and the multiple voices of the Yamaha YC45D, we sounded like a bigger group than we were.
My band plays "A Day in the Life" 3-piece.:bassist: We sound HUGE. WHEN THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY
