was watching a Blackmore doc and Glover was playing one of these (as well as a Bird on "Since you've been Gone) pretty ahead of their time but man, these weighed a ton...crazy price....love that shape..

My friend had one of those for a few years. SO HEAVY!!!!!! Very cool bass and a great body style just too heavy for me.

I definitely don't need that, but if I had a spare 2200 just laying around, I would buy it in a heartbeat for the art. Not just the shape, but everything about that design is gorgeous! Of course, I'd have to play it, just because.

there are a couple great old EV ribbon mics. Not sure on that model though. Could be awesome for all I know!

When Dave Barry did a reader poll for worst rock & roll song, MP won. It’s not even rock and roll, but I figure it’s the worst song in most categories. Opera. Hip hop. C&W. CCM. Barf.

You can knock McArthur Park all you want, but the musicianship on it is leagues better than virtually all new music. Cheers!
