Thunderbird Club

She was on her game! Actually the whole band was, even though we didn’t have our trumpet and had a sub on sax.

It makes such a huge difference engaging with an audience - I always get more comfortable, resulting in more expressive playing individually and as a band. Engage with your audience and they will elevate you! :bassist: (note elevated feet at top of pic!)

addendum -

A recent show (that Chucky & wife attended!) where we had moments of elevation! :) This must have been a torch song though... ;) I think it was "You Don't Own Me" by Leslie Gore. Kirstin really gets inside that one!

sorry for lack of T-bird content...

My Goth came with the strap button there as standard.

My CIC Goth’s button is located there as well. The older MIK Goth I had once upon a time had the horn mounted button. The ‘07 Pelham Blue MIK’s button is also mounted on the horn; I’m finding that with an Italia strap, I’m getting used to it.

The Dano is NR-esque, so close enough.

Yep - there was a trifecta of similar cool shaped basses then. The (Dano) Coral Deluxe Bass, the Hayman/Burns 4040, and the late 60's flipped T-bird.

Are you asking for a ruling? New Zealanders have 'chuckuns' -- they can even have 'chuckun'n'chups'.

When I was learning to fly, I spent a lot of time jumping off my nan's chook shed.

Lyrics to a song? A bit Joni Mitchell there... :bassist: (forgot to add her to my Canadian references list!)
