Nah. Just a good faker. He’ll deny it all day long. But anybody who talks about ribbon mics and hairy bass bows is certainly the real deal. As are you from the vids I’ve seen.

That is reasonable enough. I take a certain pride in using a plastic bow. Carbon fiber might be a good replacement eventually then, for the ornery satisfaction of it. I do not believe the sound coming out of the instrument would be different.I have two wooden bows. One is a viola bow iirc. Don't think either of them are high enough quality to bother rehairing and the high - low mix of the traditionally made all wooden instrument/bridge/tailpiece with the kevlar tailgut/synthetic strings/plastic bow appeals to my 'fvck you' instinct.
exactly it, iPhone lens... pretty tight there.....drummer using an electronic kit and the keyboards still had to be set up off the stage... happening joint though...Ok, it's a little tight when you consider the distortion of a cell phone lens, and get a couple more bodies up there- but it's nothing most of us aren't used to.
Well heck, I remember one rehearsal room in our guitarist's girlfriend's house, two of us had to climb over large stored items, and no one had room to take a step. That was hilarious- fortunately we were all good friends and had a good attitude. And his girlfriend's mom was hot...
I think most everything about that plane was functioning in a very tiny window, with little margin for error.used to work with an ME who’d worked at Lockheed. told me that the slightest momentary hiccup on one of the motors was enough to cause yaw that would bang the head of the pilot against the canopy glass sometimes knocking them unconscious...
Yep!Down in Mobile? So cool.
The 2 point version fits 60’s Gibson EBs and (as luck would have it)Japanese Dan Armstrong copies:Ok fellow T-birders, I have a question. I am considering putting a Hipshot Supertone bridge on my Epi T-bird Classic Pro. I would order the 3 point version of it, right? I ask because they sell a 2 point version as well. Also, anyone here who installed the Supertone on their Epi's have any issue with the installation? Is it really just remove 3 bolts, remove old bridge and screw on the Supertone with just TWO replacement bolts? Anyone have any problems with the install, i.e. needing shims, etc? Thanks for any advice.![]()
I was having dinner at the pub before our gig last night and noticed this:
Engle played so HOT the Bird caught fire..Uhh, ya wanna explain that?
totally, you're talking about a beast that took off with minimum fuel and had to be fueled in the air because it would leak fuel on the ground due to the loose skin that would tighten up when it started heating up (friction) in flight....pretty gnarly airplane....it was also good for over mach 3...I think most everything about that plane was functioning in a very tiny window, with little margin for error.
Sounds like my kind of plane. This one is actually an M-21, with a D-21 drone, one of only two, actually the only one left, the other crashed.

funny you say that cause it's easy to confuse your text with the M (Mig)-21 behind it..This one is actually an M-21, with a D-21 drone, one of only two, actually the only one left, the other crashed.

Czech markings...uglier but much more rugged and lower maintenance than the F-4...much cheaper also...in a dogfight with equally trained pilots it would be more than a handful for the Phantom...That Fishbed (Mig-21) was crude to say the least, skin looked like it had been hammered into place, the Phantom parked next to it was super smooth when compared.
