Thunderbird Club

Well, if you wade back through the posts, you will see the really cool VP NT in Burgundy Mist Metallic! ;)

Or you can just take our collective word that based on what came out/what didn't come out at NAMM proves that the NR VP line is coming.

Speaking of NAMM, the Traynor YBA100 was announced; less than half the price of a V4B, about 50% cheaper than a PF-50T!

And there were cute critter and Thunderbird pictures you missed.

Probably an ahem or two in there.
Don't forget the cars.:smug:

beautifully put together, a treat to work on for two reasons;
1 - they never break down, so it’s not just another Marshall or Fender
2 - unlike 95% of tube amps the chassis does not have to be removed. access happens through a top removable (in many models) vinyl covered plate/lid that has a schematic pasted on the backside, joy...

this one was suffering from a misplaced tube (operator error)...sounded awesome into my Ampeg 4 X 10..

Hmm. A reliable amp that's easy to work on. What will they think of next?

OK, but how are they with heat?
Y’all just don’t get it. A Traynor is the Captain Marvel of the amp world. Fall from space onto solid rock, dive through a star’s core, wander the infinite frigid vacuum of space- it doesn’t matter. Just stick new tubes in and play, and hope it doesn’t wreck the planet.

It's brutal on Hartke 410 cabs as well. L O V E LOVES Trace 215s (and my SVT212AV).

Wow, out of town for a week and I'm almost 1000 posts in the hole (sounds like a good size fence).
My apologies to all club members, but I ain't takin the time to wade through that mess.
If you posted something to me or were looking for my input please ping me or post it again.
Ok, now starting page 7051...
Welcome home.

The rarest Epi- a Classic IV Pro Vintage in sunburst. Should have thrown in “Flying V” as well.

Pretty disappointed in that seller. While they don’t describe it as a real CP, the title is misleading.

Probably not intentional... not all Thunderbird bass players are as bright or well informed as our small band of TB Forum regulars. ;)
