You’re a tease.

You say the nicest things

I had no idea you cared, Man Crush Friday :roflmao: However, I'm recently engaged as some here that share FB with me know - My days of being a single Queen are over.

I'm sure I'm in the minority(maybe not here), but if I see a bass player playing a 'Bird, I'm thinking "Hey! A 'Bird", whatever 'brand' instead of "oh, look, another e77ing 7ender."
I'm trying to figure out how to put Squier logos on my Gibsons. That'll fix 'em good.

My translate app says "I shaved my pubic hair"

Well, that might explain the above...

Also:

Congratulations!

Thank you :)

Might check that app! Keeping the Poodle trimmed is a good thing tho.

Contemplating that it is time to put in an order to Fretnation.

I recall that someone here was giving SIT steels a go on his/her 'bird.

Any report on how they sound. Specific comparison to RS66 or other widely used string is appreciated.

I know RS66 get lots of love here, I used to use them on my 4001 but was always disappointed that they lost their clank very quickly, thus the move to Smith RockMasters long ago. Ken was so kind in sending me a set (and a beer!) of SIT Power Steels to try on the Studio, I really like them, they keep their brightness and have a nice mid presence as well, I'll be trying them on some Birds soon.

I have mixed feelings on the RS66. They are good, I like the clank. They break in relatively quickly and maintain. And when they go, they go fast. They are good, but I keep second guessing if there is something better.

Because I have the white bird tuned to D standard, I have been contemplating using DDTs next.
