Thunderbird Club

any idea where to get those? I could only find gold and black, not just gold.

Pretty sure these are gold only. Also has gold rings if you like them.

Gold Plated metal bass pickup cover for Gibson® Thunderbird bass guitar

Prime Rib is on the Thanksgiving Feast this year. Going to be a quiet one this year with just my youngest son and my wife. Have to wait until next year hopefully for the Whole Family. Hope you all have a Wonderful Day!

I would love prime rib for Thanksgiving but our family suffers from tradition. Always the same menu with very little deviation. I'm not big on tradition so prime rib would be a welcome change.

Now it's officially TT. They had green overhead lights. Weird.

Personally, I'm not into green(except for money). My green Aerostar van was inherited from my dad and I'm too(cheap, lazy, disinterested)to paint it......er, have it painted.

I'd rock this green bass...

While turkey or ham have often graced our table in the past, this year we are enjoying our German heritage so we'll be have Sauerbraten, which is a beef roast that you marinate in red wine and spices for several days. I'm doing the cooking for the household, here its as of 11/22 when I started the marinade.

Sieht sehr lecker aus:thumbsup:

That’s what I had seen. What’s with the black if it’s not there?

Looks like it's just the lighting/shadow/reflections to me...

And they’re too small, anyway.

I put the Chrome version of that (same seller) on my CP. Gotta peel off the plastic cover that's on the pickups now, and it's a very tight fit for the new ones.
I couldn't find any that went over the plastic cover...

I'm about as big a fan of VPs as any one, second only to Scott, and no feathers were riled! Other than the reminder that I don't own a Greco...at least not yet! They seem so interesting.
Definitely not riled, more like intrigued ;) O one pops up and I can swing it I'm definitely going to buy it.

If time allows next week I'll try to put together a short Youtube of the Greco.

So if its trad to eat turkey at Thanksgiving, do you double up on it at Christmas?

Happy Thanksgiving folks (if that’s now)
Happy Thanksgiving to you too Geoff. In “normal” times it’s my favorite holiday because all we do is visit and eat.

It depends. But we usually do a Prime Rib at Christmas (and a Honey Baked Ham at Easter). I expect this year I’ll do a PR roast on the Weber.
