Lol me as well! The Pitbull kit is a good budget solution. Be warned finishing, assembly and set up are major time investments, a instruments value lays largely in these areas. I am still doing final set up on the bass and have yet to dress the frets though the neck is playable.
Aside from the Artech pickup in the neck I upgraded to CTS pots and a Switchcraft jack.
The mudbucker sounds incredible and that is an "improvement" I would want to do.
 
Well, any schmuck can bring in a tree for Xmas (annoying the dog in the process, as he/she isn't allowed to bring their sticks inside).

I went a slightly differnt direction this year.

The couch bass is temporarily promoted to Xmas tree bass.
