Thunderbird Club

Believe me, the way I worded my "Simon Assessment" is purely to follow forum guidelines. My normal description of him would be much more colorful and just as accurate. As for Garfunkel, I have no doubt he is cut from the same cloth as Simon. I have seen far more of Simon over my life so he draws more of my venom. They did create some great music that even a trash rocker like me can appreciate. Love the songs, hate the artists.
 I'll stop here, but I've seen enough of their personalities that it reinforces my dislike for everything about them. Everybody can't be wonderful like Thunderbird players!

(...) It usually requires two to have such a fractious relationship.

When I read about stuff like that (and Tyler-Perry and Joey-Johnny and countless others), I always wonder if having a frakchuss relationship is an accepted potential price to pay for making near-heavenly music (depending on one's taste, of course)...

Try some haiku.
The Thunderbird bass
Rocks and rolls the thunder place
With thunderous grace

Noc - my favorite trash rocker, taking the high road. I need to follow your lead more often.

If we were sitting around having a couple of drinks the high road would not be taken. ;)

Evidence to the contrary (off the top of my head):
Rush
ZZ Top

Rush.... those two guys are amazing. They've known each other since like they 8 or 9 y.o., started making music together in their teens, made it as big as big can be and still planning to make music together.
