You can't be moderate in standardization. If there is an exception, then the standard is meaningless.

True. :thumbsup:

But you can pick & choose what you standardize. :)

For example, I'm picking to choose to not standardize bass guitar bridges overmuch - at present, out of twelve basses, only two have the same bridge (of course, those two Thunderbirds are 97-ish% identical :bag: )
 
This is a little heavier......TKO. Seattle has always had it's own "thing" being a bit of an island.

Note the bassist and his Thunderbird, that's Evan Sheeley, who would later go on to being the proprietor of Seattle's BassNW, I bought several basses from him, including what became my green '76
