I like the NR (full-disclosure, I like them both). I still entertain the idea of a 32" scale NR in all-black lacquer with a 'vintage white' pg. I'll have a Model One p'up in the sweet spot, a Thunderbucker at the bridge.

Last summer on my way back home from the mountains, I played one in cherry sunburst at a little mountain music shop.
The price was great, and I still kick myself for not buying it.
That one's an "Oversize" meaning a larger more proportionately sized body, I really like it, quite different from the Birds.
LOL - I see a great pair of Gibsons, a lovely pair of blue silk flowers and even a nice pair of legs. Flaunt it if ya got it!
That pic always puts a smile on my face. I flash a BaCH II and Greco II and you respond with a BaCH IV and a Greco IV.
We need to create a pact, if (huge "if" there) either one of us sells these basses we need to give the other first right of refusal. All four together would be beyond awesome!
